What is a Tell a story session?
A tell a story session is a type of session where I take a photojournalistic approach to capture authentic moments. Instead of posing or using props, I focus on telling a story through a series of images. During these sessions, I recommend you choose an activity whether that's simply spending time outdoors in a field of flowers, playing board games etc. I aim to capture genuine and honest moments of your everyday life, without any guidance or interference. As for editing it is a bit more moody, grainy, aiming more to that cinematic approach.
Here is an example of a Tell a story session, I captured the parents of sweet AJ simply soothing him to sleep during our session.

Sessions require a 25% non-refundable retainer & contract to book.

All sessions include print release.
Up to 5 people without an extra charge
No travel fee for location within 30-mile radius of Alexander.
Appointments available weekdays and weekends.
Sessions are normally taken early morning (sunrise) or late evening for best lighting purposes.
Maternity Sessions are best taken after 30 weeks.

What is the turn around time for finals?
Turn around can be as little as two weeks from the date of session.
Do you travel?
Yes, I am available for travel.
Do you pick location?
I can recommend locations, however, you have the final decision.

Can I upgrade the day of?
Yes, you can always upgrade to a bigger collection.
Can I choose how you edit?
Unfortunately not, I edit all of the images according to my style.
Can I buy unedited photos?
I do not sell or give out unedited photos, as it is not a reflection of my work.
Can I buy extra photos?
Yes, at a rate of $10 for each extra photo.
Excluding the ULTIMATE/ADVENTURER collections, as you will be receiving all of the images.
Can I choose the photos you edit?
Yes, you may choose the photos on the SIMPLE collection. However, on ULTIMATE/ADVENTURER you will receive all of the best photos.
Do you offer prints?
Once I send you the final images, you are able to purchase prints on online store via gallery.
What if we don't know how to pose?
Do not worry, I will pose & prompt you the whole way.
What if I don't know what to wear?
That is what I am here for, I love helping clients decide on what outfits to wear. Plus I will also email you my style guide to make the process easier.
